Q: WHO ARE YOU? WHAT IS YOUR BACKGROUND?

I am a photographer from Reston, Virginia. You may see my biography here.

 

Q: WHAT MATERIALS DO YOU USE AND WHAT IS THEIR QUALITY?

I offer prints on Aluminum, Canvas and two Fine Art Papers. I have partnered with a printing facility that uses exclusively top quality, museum grade, archival materials and inks. Together we have selected the best materials to reproduce the bold, rich images you see on screen. My featured papers and materials are included with descriptions in the image preview area.

Q: WHAT ARE YOUR PRINTING STANDARDS?

My printing partner is not a large commercial enterprise using machines with limited color range and permanence ratings (i.e. print life.) They produce every print carefully using industry leading equipment.  Pigment inks and the finest print heads achieve the highest resolution with a broad array of colors and tones.  Your art will look beautiful!

Q: WHAT ARE YOUR FINISHING OPTIONS?

Metal prints are fitted with a mounting plate on the back to boldy feature your new art piece without a conventional frame. Canvas prints are offered as an exhibit mount (stretched around a wooden frame) or rolled in a tube to await your personal frame. Gallery wrap images can be stretched, mirrored or colored on the sides. Giclee prints arrive carefully rolled in a tube.

 

Q: DO YOU SELL FRAMES FOR YOUR ART PRINTS?

I do not offer frames, recommending instead that you use a frame shop. A framing professional will help you match your photograph with the perfect mat and frame to deserve that special place in your home or office. A frame is an important, but personal component of an art piece; selecting it in person makes the most sense, not to mention a large savings in shipping costs.

 

Q: WHY ARE YOUR PHOTOGRAPHS SO EXPENSIVE?

My fine art photographs are different from ordinary photographs, and their pricing reflects this difference. Each image is carefully selected and digitally adjusted, then printed by calibrated equipment onto a museum-quality metal, canvas or paper. The bold colors will brighten your room for a century without fading.

 

Q: DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS FOR LARGE ORDERS?

Q: HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER WENT THROUGH? DO I GET A RECEIPT?

Immediately after you have placed your order you will receive an order confirmation containing your order number, order details, final order total, billing and shipping information, which will be sent to the email you provide during checkout.

Q: WHAT IS YOUR PRODUCTION TURNAROUND TIME?

Production can take up to 2-4 days & 5-7 for canvas wraps and metal prints.

Q: CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If the order is cancelled prior to production, I will provide a full refund in store credit, or a full cash refund minus a $10 service fee. Once the order has been printed I cannot provide a refund, but I will provide the full amount in store credit if the cancellation request is made prior to shipping, and I am able to arrange for the prints to be redirected to my address.

Q: HOW LONG DOES AN ORDER TAKE TO SHIP?

After entering your shipping address during the checkout process, the final checkout page will provide you with all available delivery options. Please note orders placed after 12pm (EST) will count as an order for the next day.

Q: WILL YOU PROVIDE A TRACKING NUMBER?

You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with tracking information as soon as your product(s) are shipped. You may click on the tracking number in the e-mail to view transit details.

Q: WHAT IS YOUR GUARANTEE? DO YOU HAVE A RETURN POLICY?

I offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely in love with your print, I will accept a return for exchange, reprint, or for a full refund, provided the problem is communicated within seven (7) days from the delivery date. Simply take a picture of the print(s) and email it to me with a description of the issue. I will contact you to coordinate the exchange.
